Ingredients
  

  • 1 Low Calorie Burrito Tortilla I'm using the 170 kind from La Tortilla Factory
  • 2 Just Bare Chicken Strips
  • 2 tbsp Bolthouse Farms Caesar Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Tuscan kale, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Red Onion, diced
  • 10 gr Shaved Parmesan
  • 6 pieces Parm Crisps

Instructions
 

  • Cook the chicken strips in the Air Fryer per the package instructions. Once cooked, chop chicken into bite sized pieces.
  • Meanwhile, chop lettuce, kale, onions and put in a bowl. Top with shaved parmesan and parm crisps
  • Mix the Caesar Dressing and Greek Yogurt in a separate bowl
  • Toss in the dressing mixture into the salad
  • On the heated tortilla, place the salad mixture and top with the crispy chicken. Wrap into a burrito.
  • On a oil sprayed pan, heat the burrito up on each side. Cut in half and enjoy!
