Cook the chicken strips in the Air Fryer per the package instructions. Once cooked, chop chicken into bite sized pieces.
Meanwhile, chop lettuce, kale, onions and put in a bowl. Top with shaved parmesan and parm crisps
Mix the Caesar Dressing and Greek Yogurt in a separate bowl
Toss in the dressing mixture into the salad
On the heated tortilla, place the salad mixture and top with the crispy chicken. Wrap into a burrito.
On a oil sprayed pan, heat the burrito up on each side. Cut in half and enjoy!
